Trinity Anesthesia’s expert witness practice is led by Dr. Aaron Shiraz, MD, a board-certified physician anesthesiologist who maintains an active clinical practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and has led a multi-physician anesthesia practice since 2015. Our review covers the full spectrum of perioperative anesthesia care, with particular depth in outpatient and ambulatory procedures. We’re available for case merit evaluation, medical record review, affidavit and report preparation, and testimony at deposition or trial.

- Perioperative Management of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists (Ozempic, Wegovy, and similar): Compliance with current ASA preoperative fasting and risk-assessment guidance, and aspiration events tied to inadequate screening or management of GLP-1 use before sedation or general anesthesia.
- Airway Management & Resuscitation: Difficult airway algorithms, dental damage, esophageal intubation, and aspiration events.
- Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU): Monitoring standards for respiratory depression, pain management protocols, and discharge criteria.
